The Scientific and Technological Software Park

The Park was born as an initiative of a consortium formed by: Galati County Council, Galati City Council, “Dunarea de Jos” University Galati and S.C. Navrom – Business Centre S.A. Galati.

The consortium named as administrator of the park S.C. Cons Management PARC DE SOFT S.R.L, a company whose associates are Galati County Council and Galati City Council.

The Software Park, located in Galati, 23, Portului Street, received the first title of scientific and technological park ever awarded by the Ministry of Education and Research.

Facilities offered by the park’s administrator:

• - Offices in a completely renovated building (in 2003 and 2004) and equipped with structured wiring for voice and data transmissions, router, file server firewall, file server Internet, high-performance digital telephone exchange;
• - Reception-secretarial services;
• - Telephone exchange administration;
• - Conference room – 60 seats - for business meetings, symposiums, courses, presentations;
• - Multimedia room, protocol room and spaces designed for research and trainings;
• - Security and cleaning services;
• - Promotion of the Park and lodgers’ activities on the website and in the periodic newsletter, print and distribution of promotion materials within the Park and at fairs and symposiums, articles in the mass-media and special publications;
